About the Institution

P. G. Institute of Medical Sciences established in 2017, run by Gopsai Avinandan Sangha, a registered Charitable Society under West Bengal Societies Act XVII, 1961. The Institute is approved by AICTE and PCI ,Govt. of India for D. PHARM, B.PHARM & M.PHARM (A/F) Courses. All above courses are affiliated to concern Authority. The Institute is recognized by Higher Education, Science & Technology and Biotechnology Department, Govt of West Bengal & University Grant Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) & 12(b) of UGC Act,1956 Department of Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences of the Institute is designed as one of the best model paramedical Institutions in Eastern India where raw talents are shaped, guided and polished to emerge as thorough professionals in the highly competitive knowledge-based world. It has been established to play a pivotal role to make performance-oriented professionals who will excel in their respective fields with excellence and shape the destiny of our healthcare industry. All Paramedical & Allied Health Science courses of the Institute are recognised by Directorate of Medical Education, Swasthya Bhaban, Govt. of West Bengal and affiliated to The West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
