About the institution

Ma Sarada College of Nursing was founded in the year 2005 with B.Sc Nursing course in the campus of Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan with a mission to provide loyal, efficient and honest comprehensive nursing services for promotion of health and wellbeing of mankind without any distinction of caste, creed, religion, sex and nationality.

In the year 2009 Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course started with annual intake of 25 students.

The College provides a conducive atmosphere, credible learning opportunities and quality grooming to those who want to pursue nursing as a profession.

Achievement:

• Jhuma Rani Das (Post Basic BSc Nursing student session 2014-16) achieved Gold Medal from West Bengal University of Health Sciences for achieving highest marks in Part I and Part II University Examination.
• Saptaparna Ray Chaudhuri (BSc Nursing student, session 2011-15)Gold Medal awarded by West Bengal University of Health Sciences for achieving highest marks in university examination.
